Galaxy Angel is one of my favourite anime of all time! I love the pacing, the comedy and the art style! Defintely check this one out if you like the tropes of anime and lighthearted fun!
Excel Saga- or its full name Heppoko Jikken Animation Excel Saga is another anime near and dear to me! I first rented this when I was in middle school from my local video store and I remember falling in love with the zany action and especially with Excel herself. Also! Menchi! So cute!!
